What is Photo Restoration?

It means to repair old or damaged photos (water damage, scratches, tears, mold, or any damage that your photo may have).

Who will work on my photo?

We are a team of expert graphic artists who decided to use out experience in graphic design to bring back people’s memories.

How much damage is too much damage?

We’re confident that we can restore some VERY damaged photos, so make sure to send us your photo even if you think it’s forever lost.

How is the restored photo delivered?

The final image is delivered digitally to your preferred email address.

Can I make changes after my final image is delivered?

Yes, we offer one free revision with each project. You can buy extra revisions if you need further or more extensive changes (if they weren’t contemplated at the beginning of the project).

How long will it take for my photo to be restored?

It’ll depend on the amount of damage that your image presents (but often it goes between 2 to 4 days). You’ll get an estimated delivery time before our team starts to edit your photo.

How do I scan my photo?

If you own a scanner that is great but if you don’t it’s fine too, just snap a picture with your phone. It’s that simple!

Will I keep the rights to my photo?

Absolutely. It’s your photo, you own its rights. Our team will make sure to keep your privacy safe.
